Third-Party Enrollment and Graduation Verification
For employers, background check companies, and verification agencies
Employers, background check companies, and other authorized third parties must submit Castleberry ISD enrollment and graduation verification requests through Parchment.
Fee: Electronic enrollment and graduation verification requests are $35 per request.
FERPA Notice: Student records are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Records may only be released to authorized parties with appropriate consent or as otherwise permitted by law.
To begin, select the appropriate school below. When the Parchment page opens, choose “Ordering on behalf of someone else” and enter the requester’s email address.
Third-party verification requests must be submitted through Parchment. Requests submitted by email, phone, fax or mail will not be processed.
