Stephanie Martinez, Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE)


With more than 25 years of teaching and leadership experience in career and technology education (CTE), Stephanie Martinez is dedicated to preparing students with the skills and opportunities needed for success in the 21st century. As director of CTE at Castleberry ISD, Martinez oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive CTE program that aligns with the district’s vision and goals while meeting the needs and interests of diverse learners.

Martinez collaborates with teachers, administrators and community partners to design and deliver engaging, relevant curriculum, instruction and assessments that integrate technology, industry standards and college and career readiness. She also supports the professional growth of CTE educators by facilitating professional development and using data-driven, evidence-based strategies to strengthen instruction and classroom practice.

Martinez holds multiple credentials and certifications, including ESL, reading and Google Certified Educator Level 1, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Manny Saldivar, College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Advisor


Raised in a traditional Mexican household on the south side of Fort Worth, Manny Saldivar is committed to supporting first-generation, college-bound students. His work is driven by a belief in the power of education to expand opportunities and address social and economic disparities for underrepresented populations.

Saldivar earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011 and a master’s degree in counseling from Texas Christian University in 2015. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational leadership at Pepperdine University.

As college and career readiness advisor at Castleberry ISD, Saldivar works to make college and career preparation meaningful and accessible for all students. He collaborates with students, families and staff to support postsecondary planning and success, with a focus on equity and access.

Outside of his professional role, Saldivar enjoys traveling, attending live events and staying active through pickleball. He is an avid supporter of TCU athletics and values opportunities to connect with the community.
