Electrical Program of Study

Students gain hands-on experience in this high-demand field by learning how to install, maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment and fixtures. The program also introduces skills in telecommunications cabling, including fiber optics, preparing students for a variety of technical careers.

This program introduces students to the fundamentals of designing and developing building structures and facilities. Students also explore related areas such as mapping, interior design and geographic information systems (GIS), laying the foundation for careers in architecture, engineering and design.

Design and Multimedia Arts Program of Study

Students explore creative careers by learning to design graphics and visual content for commercial use, including logos, packaging and promotional materials. The program also includes hands-on experience in animation, fashion design and special effects for film, games and music videos. Many students participate in Castleviews, Castleberry High School’s yearbook, to apply their skills in a real-world setting.

Students in this program learn how to protect computer systems and networks from cyber threats. The coursework covers security planning, system upgrades, and monitoring for potential risks. Students also explore how to respond to security breaches, combat viruses and implement network protection strategies—skills that are in high demand across nearly every industry.

Students explore careers in health care by learning how to support patients through diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. This program introduces a wide range of medical professions, from assisting with chronic or acute conditions to helping patients regain independence through therapy and counseling. Students gain insight into working independently or as part of a health care team.
